To add additional patients to your account (such as family members) you can do this by following the steps below when booking.


1. Initiate the booking process by selecting the appointment type, date, and location that you require. 

2. Once you have reached STEP 2 of the booking process, you will be presented with a dropdown menu labelled ‘NEW PATIENT’ . 

3. When selecting this option, you will be prompted to input the details of the additional patient they wish to add on the account and complete the booking for.

4. Once complete you can proceed to book the appointment on the patients behalf and their details will be saved on your account for future use.
